    However, customized panels take longer time for delivery.
  •  Acotec : 4 – 6 weeks
  •  AcoLITE : 6 – 8 weeks
  • Our product range is environmental friendly with certified Green Label product that comprises energy saving and recycled materials.
  • Acotec – IBS product which equivalent to green product. Our production process is dry-mix and not involve any energy process,
    whereby natural curing takes place and thus, low carbon emission.
  • AcoLITE – We reduce the usages of natural resources by cutting down mining sand and aggregate, with the replacement of LECA.
  • Acotec can reduce and simplify the construction time and process, less manpower but high productivity and semi-complete finishing.

  • The weight of Acotec panel is around 140 kg/m2, which is 40% lighter than bricks / cast in-situ walls.

    However, any tools / machinery required for handling panels by installers subject to terms with customer

  • Water seepage happens whenever there is connection between window frame and concrete, as well as the bottom area.

    • External area. User can prevent and reduce the water seepage issue with the application of bituminous coating.
    • Toilet area. User is guaranteed with standard two (2) years of waterproofing warranty.

  • Not necessary, as subjects to the contract.
    However, this shall be done by the installation, which means the engagement of the same installer team.
  • Acotec is the semi-finished product and the panel quality is controlled at our factories.
  • Our recommended internal wall finishing skim coat is minimum 5mm thk. (Base: 3 – 4mm thk. & Finished Work: 1 – 2mm).
    However, the finishing work subjects to developer’s requirement. For example, QLASSIC score.
  • The site wastages can be controlled and managed with following options :

    1. Utilize the cut panels at the area for similar length.
    2. Recycle the broken panels at lintel area.
    3. Use standard size of panel during design stage.

  1. Get technical involved during the initial stage to use for the standard size of panel.
  2. Check with factory on the current production panel size if falls under the same group.
  3. Communicate with Architect and Main Contractor with alternative proposal to enlarge the beams, in the event if the variance is insignificant.
  • Depends.
    However, we encourage customer to opt for standard size. Cut-to-size will only be incurred, in the event if there is project conversion.
  • Acobuilt is the load bearing system, whereby we redesign column by using stiffener at L & T joints and every 3m of long span wall. Beam will be replaced by capping beam.
  • Yes.
    However, you may need to refer back to project consultant for design-wise, as our system only can support for the conversion of non-load bearing wall.
